Holiday Cooking

Over the holidays, I managed to find a bit more time to mess up my kitchen and do a bit more cooking.

I wanted to make pasta but I was too lazy to find a recipe so I took anything I can find in my kitchen: beef balls, bacon, lettuces, tomatoes/tomatoes sauce,  cheese and spicy pepper powder, and mixed it all together.  This fusion spaghetti was a bit on the spicy side, but still tasted acceptable. ^_^

On New Year’s Eve, I decided to cook in a more structure process and pulled a recipe out from my “Anyone Can Cook” cookbook.  I decided on making the Roasted Cranberry Chicken because it seem easy to make, and the cranberries had a holiday theme to it.
