Asian Cooking

When I had time to cook dinner this month I decided to do it Asian style.  Here are 3 dishes which took me a bit more effort than just boiling hot water. :P

Tonkatsu with Udon:  This isn’t actually the real Tonkatsu because I cheating by using Shake ‘n Bake for the pork, but I think the looks give me some points. :)

Korean Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Noodle:  This was made by first boiling the noodles, then frying it together with spicy Korean sauce, and beef balls.  I used way too much sauce and the dish was suicidal to eat… but I finished it anyways.

Teriyaki Fried Rice:  This was made by taking Teriyaki sauce, and frying it together with chopped beef balls and overnight rice.  I put the rice on top of a bed of cabbage leaves because I wanted to make those vegetable wraps which I saw in Chinese restaurants.
